Born to lead?

The BOC Graduate Engineering Scheme

Taking it to the next level

Set off on the road to chartership

Engineering expertise: that’s what gives us our competitive edge. BOC’s graduate scheme produces engineering pioneers of the future – so we can keep that edge. Available in the UK and Ireland, the four-year scheme not only prepares candidates for taking the lead at Linde but also prepares them for internationally recognized CEng registration in their relevant institution (IMechE, IChemE or IET). It’s a life experience you’ll never forget. You’ll have to adapt, stay on top and believe in yourself. But do that and you’ll be ready to lead at Linde. And of course, we’re behind you every step of the way.
